Coastal Clusters -Sebastian Pick-up
The classic east coast oyster experience, starting with a high salinity up front that gives you a briny flavor with a savory finish. These flavors are attributed to a life spent growing in the estuary waters of the Indian River Lagoon just south of the Sebastian Inlet & adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean.
Our Coastal Clusters are where more than one oyster are stuck together and are various sizes. They are great for steaming or throwing on the grill, and can be enjoyed raw as well.
This is for PICKUP ONLY in Sebastian and you must bring your own cooler and ice for the oysters to be transferred into.
SIZE
Our larger option - at least 3 inches in length, or larger.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
-
Refrigeration: Store live oysters in the refrigerator at 35-40°F. Place them in a breathable container (like a mesh bag or covered with a damp cloth). Oysters need air to stay alive, so do not seal them in airtight containers.
-
Avoid Water: Do not immerse oysters in fresh water or ice. Keeping them dry and cool ensures they remain alive and fresh.
-
Consume Soon: Enjoy live oysters within 7 days of purchase for the best taste and quality. Discard any oysters that don’t close when tapped, as this means they are no longer alive.
-
Freezing Option: Shucked oysters can be frozen for up to 3 months. Store them in an airtight container with their liquor (the natural liquid inside the shell). Thaw in the refrigerator before using.
